1. Full Stack Developer

Role Overview
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our web applications. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver seamless and user-friendly solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications across the full stack
- Design responsive and intuitive user interfaces
- Build and maintain APIs and server-side logic
- Integrate third-party services and APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue)
- Experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar)
- Familiarity with database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience working with RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Understanding of web security and performance best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

2. Mid-Senior / Senior Graphic Designer (Digital & Print)

Role Overview
As a Mid-Senior / Senior Graphic Designer (Digital & Print), you will lead the conceptualisation and execution of high-quality creative work across both digital and print platforms. You will play a key role in translating brand strategy into compelling visual communication, while ensuring consistency, innovation, and technical accuracy across all outputs. This role requires a confident, detail-oriented designer with strong creative thinking, solid production knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept through to final delivery. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, developers, marketers, and print suppliers to deliver impactful design solutions that meet business and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of creative assets across digital and print platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, online advertising, brochures, reports, signage, presentations, packaging, and branded collateral
- Develop strong visual concepts and campaign ideas that align with brand strategy and project objectives
- Create polished, user-friendly layouts and interfaces for web and mobile platforms where required
- Translate briefs into high-quality creative work with a strong focus on design excellence, consistency, and functionality
- Prepare artwork for print production, ensuring correct specifications for size, bleed, colour mode, resolution, and finishing requirements
- Oversee and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, both online and offline
- Collaborate with developers, marketers, copywriters, account managers, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is accurately implemented
- Liaise with printers, production teams, and external suppliers to ensure quality control and smooth execution of printed materials
- Present concepts and design rationale confidently to internal teams or clients
- Mentor or provide guidance to junior designers where required
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise workloads effectively, and deliver within deadlines
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, digital innovation, and print production best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a mid-senior or senior graphic design role, with strong exposure to both digital and print design
- Impressive portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, branding, campaign work, digital design, and print production expertise
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; XD advantageous) and/or Figma
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, visual hierarchy, and brand application across multiple channels
- Solid knowledge of print production processes, pre-press requirements, materials, finishes, and artwork setup
- Good understanding of digital design principles, UI fundamentals, responsive design, and content adaptation across platforms
- Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design best practices is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a high standard of execution
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute strategically to creative projects
